JAMES SARGENT - FUND FORMATION 101 - GETTING YOUR FIRST FUND OFF THE GROUND: Key considerations on setting your fund terms (GP/LP alignment & incentive structuring), jurisdictional considerations, timelines & legal steps from inception to close, PLUS first-time manager pitfalls.

BEN LLOYD - 1818'S JOURNEY TO DATE: Ben will discuss the selection process pre-launch, first fundraising experiences, learnings & how he built a credible team.

AGATA MACKAY - ROUTES TO UK REGULATION: Agie will discuss when FCA regulation may be required, the routes available to emerging managers, including the Appointed Representative model & the practical costs, timeline & considerations involved.
